Returns

- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate-use products once opened.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

- Customer Name
- Reason for Return
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable method.
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, Silkeye.in reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund.
